Red Lip Inspiration

When you think of red lips, who do you think of? For me it's Taylor Swift followed by Gwen Stefani. They both rock the cherry lip and make it look effortless and chic no matter what the occasion. I love the look.

Then I started thinking about other women who rock the style and two brunettes came to mind: Agent Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) and Nikki Bella. They make it look so sexy and sophisticated.

So now I am just going to post some pictures of some hot red lipstick wearing ladies who totally rock this trend.

Book Review - "Red Queen" by Victoria Aveyard

Red blooded thief, Mare Barrow, is a 17 year old girl living amongst the other red blooded people in a destitute village called The Stilts while the silver blooded people live a life of luxury. A person with red blood is ordinary and boring, but a person with silver blood is like a god. Silver blooded people have powers and ability like manipulating water, great strength, multiplying...etc. It is with these powers that they can keep the Reds in line, and everyone knows it.

As a result the Reds are forced to fight the Silvers war for absolutely nothing. Mare's 3 older brothers are all off in the war and she and her best friend Kilorn are next. In a desperate attempt to escape conscription, Mare is involved in accident that ruins her family's future plans. She ends up getting a job working at the King's summer palace and during a twist of fate Mare's entire world changes. She is a Red with Silver powers. How is this possible?!

To save face, the King and Queen announce that Mare is actually a long lost Silver from a noble house and she is Lady Mareena Titanos. She is betrothed to the King's second son, Prince Maven. She is a sheep thrown into a wolves world and she must act like she is one of them- her life and her family's lives depend on it. Her only allies in this new life are the Princes, Cal and Maven.

This book is full of little twists leading up to one big one. It's crazy. The book is we written and flows well. The characters are both intriguing and confusing, but I love it. After all, can you really trust a Silver?

I really liked this book a lot. Once I started reading it, it was hard to put it down. Between the romance aspect, the secrets aspect, and the fact that Mare is kind of a tough cookie- it has a little bit of everything.

I give it 4.5 stars and look forward to more from Victoria Aveyard.

Pretty Little Liars Recap - "Welcome to the Dollhouse" (S05E26)

Holy crap.

We start off with the girls (minus Ali)  in the transport van being taken to a different prison because the police want to keep the group separated. The girls promise one another that they'll be there for each other and then the van crashes. There are shots and the back doors open and there is A, standing right in front of them- creepy black mask and all. A shoots a gas into the van and when the girls wake up they are locked in creepy replicas of their rooms. It's SERIOUSLY creepy. Aria opens her door and finds a cement wall. Spencer breaks her window and also finds a cement wall.

A recording plays over the speakers, saying welcome and asking them to exit their rooms and follow the lighted pathway. The doors open and the girls see each other. They reunite in the hall and follow the path. The door opens and a blonde girl is playing the piano and wearing the infamous yellow top Ali was wearing when she was "killed". The woman looks at them and she's wearing one of the creepy Ali masks. She stops playing and takes off the mask to reveal- MONA! Yes that's right, Mona is still alive. The girls temporary joy quickly vanishes when Mona begins acting like Ali. She tells them that she is Alison and invites them to have tea. The girls realize the room they are in is a replica of the DiLaurentis' living room.

They are literally in a life size dollhouse. It's freaking creepy. They're A's real life dolls.

Needless to say, the girls are even more creeped out as Mona continues with her Ali skit. She offers Hanna a tea cookie and promises her that it won't make her gain back all of the wait. The girls say that they're glad she is alive, and Mona agrees saying thank goodness for Ms. Grunwald. Then there is a loud chime and Mona/Ali says that it's game time. She leads them to an equally creepy game room where Mystery Date is waiting on the table. When they sit at the table, a doorbell sound rings and Mona/Ali gets up and goes to a plastic mailbox. She hands black envelopes to each girl and they are invitations to a black opera prom. They are playing the game to see who is their date. Mona opens the doors on the board game to reveal Ezra, Caleb, and Toby. Their pictures were taken at the Christmas ball. Hanna flips out and starts yelling at the surveillance camera saying that they aren't going to play and challenging A, reminding them that there are 5 of them and only 1 of it. Then loud sirens blare and a recording telling the girls to return to their rooms plays. Mona/Ali says it will stop when they're all in their rooms so they run, covering their ears until their doors are slammed shut and the sirens stop.

Mona/Ali opens Hanna's door with a little light and tells her to hurry up because they only have 3 minutes. They 5 girls meet in the hall and Mona tells them what has been going on. She's been trapped there and forced to be Ali. She says that she finally gave up and pretends to be Ali so that she won't be punished by A. The girls are relieved to know that she knows she's Mona and not Ali. Mona tells them that every night at the same time, the generators shut down for 3 minutes to reboot and that is all the time they have. She shares that she has tried every direction and she knows which one leads out, but she hasn't been able to make it in time. She also points to a door down one of the halls and says she hasn't been able to get in that room.A will punish her by not feeding her and blaring the siren for days, so it's imperative that they make it back to their rooms in time. Mona asks Hanna how her mom is, and Hanna shares that she was with her a lot in the beginning but once the trial starts not as much. They hear the generator rebooting, so they run to their rooms and hop into their beds where A is creepily
watching them sleep from his lair.

Toby informs the Hastings that the girls are gone. He shares that Detective Tanner thinks they escaped, but he thinks they were taken. Toby, Caleb, and Ezra work on trying to find where the van was when it was attacked so they can prove to Tanner that the girls are in danger.

The Hastings agree that the girls had to of been kidnapped and they pay Alison a visit. Ali is confused as to why they are there, and Mr. Hastings tells her that she had better tell them everything she knows and where the girls are. Ali is shocked and confused. She doesn't know what they're talking about it, and she insists that's the truth. She is worried for them and finally tells the Hastings that she knows who took them- A. They're confused, as they thought Mona was A, but Ali shares that they have all been being tormented by someone else.

While Spencer is laying in bed, she sees the blocks that were in a room and she realizes they spell 'Charles'. A bright yellow light shines through the windows in Mona/Ali's room so she gets up. She finds a present on her dresser and asks A if it's for her. 1 ding means 'yes' apparently. She opens it and finds a gas mask and a note which says that she is his favorite. She asks if she should wear it, as she pretends to be grateful. There is 1 ding. She puts it on and is confused.

Toby tells Tanner that the girls have been kidnapped and she is looking for them in all the wrong places. He accuses her of assuming they escaped and not doing her job. Her gives her papers that Caleb printed showing where the van was. Tanner puts out a call for Caleb's arrest saying Toby has just given her evidence of Caleb committing a federal crime.

The girls enter a room with different stations set up and are instructed to find their station. Aria is in charge of music- she notices that the songs on the list are all from about 7 years ago and Spencer mentions that was when Melissa and Jason went to prom. Spencer and Emily are supposed to work on decorations. Mona/Ali is in charge of voting for prom queen. Hanna is in charge of food, to which she responds with "bite me. Lol. Mona/Ali asks the other girls to help her fill out the ballots so they gather around the table, blocking out the camera and Mona writes on one, asking if they got a gas mask. No one else did and they know they have to do something.

The Hastings show up at the apartment and Toby answers the door. The tell him they know about A, and he lets them in where Caleb and Ezra are working on the computer. They agree that Caleb needs to leave and not get caught there because Toby would be harboring a fugitive. Caleb leaves and the Hastings ask about A. Ezra points to boxes and says everything they need to know about A is in those boxes and more. They get ready to open one, and Ezra cautions them that A not only kept all of the girls secrets but their families secrets as well. The Hastings agree that its time for them to not have secrets anymore. They call Melissa to talk to her about A, and Andrew is in the New Brew listening to the phone call on his laptop.

Emily and Spencer start a fight when Spencer thanks A for the new decorations she had asked for. They fight and Aria and Hanna try to break it up while Mona secretly starts wiring the camera to make it cause the lights to burst. The girls stop and continue working on their assignments.

Caleb is arrested and being questioned by Tanner with both Hastings as his lawyers. He argues with her and insists he doesn't know where the girls are but he knows they are in trouble. The Hastings turn it back on Tanner and ask how 4 teenage girls would have been able to orchestrate their escape.Tanner finally lets Caleb use the police computer and he finds the van. Tanner calls it in as a kidnapping and they go to the scene.

As the girls return to their rooms, they find prom dresses waiting for them. They return to the "prom" to find a bunch of mannequins in prom dresses and masks while "Unwritten" by Natasha Bedingfield is playing. They make their way down the stairs and wait until Mona/Ali arrives wearing the prom queen's tiara and her Ali mask. Spencer calls out for Charles to show himself, since this is his prom he should be prom king and get his picture taken with Ali. A creepy man in a tux and full face masks steps out from behind the mannequins and Aria takes the camera. She takes a picture and the lights burst. The girls run as fast as they can.

The police find the van on the Campbell's farms (as in Andrew Campbell) and Mrs. Hastings says that they used to all bring the kids there to go apple picking. They check the van and they search for the hostages.

Spencer makes her way into the room Mona could never get in and it's a very very creepy room. It is filled with pictures and it's very homy. Spencer plays a video on a projector and it is Mrs. D. holding baby Alison and there are 2 little boys. Mrs. D tells them to kiss their sister. Spencer is shocked and then A/Charles appears next to her. She turns to him and the girls scream for her. She looks away and Charles is gone as the girls come in. Mona looks around and she shares that she never though A had a soul. They look around before running off.

Toby and Tanner enter the building and they find A's lair. They look around at all of the television screens which aren't on yet. They turn them on and see past videos of the girls in the dollhouse. Tanner is shocked and I think she feels guilty about not believing them.

The girls run outside to a fence which they think they can climb until the power starts and they realize it's an electric fence. They are trapped. As the camera pans out we see that the dollhouse is in a small clearing deep deep in the woods. This does not look good, but at least we have a name for A now!

Chasing Life Recap - "One Day" (S01E21)

April's cancer is back.

Of course that isn't much of a shock, but it was still pretty devastating. April recieved the news from Dr. H. who told of her she has to start chemo the following morning. April protests saying she needs more time to let work know and Dr. H. tells her that her cancer is a lot more aggressive than last time so has to start chemo ASAP or she only has 2-6 weeks to live. (Cue the tears) April needs a bone marrow transplant (thank God for Natalie) after chemo. April is upset about this but she holds herself together pretty well. She just calmly and sadly takes it in. She calls Leo immediately and heads home.

April shares the news with Brenna and Emma who are both upset. April insists it will be fine and asks for their help in getting ready for tomorrow. Brenna offers to miss school and her appointment with Dr. H. so she can help April with whatever she needs, but April wants her to live as normally as possible.

She calls her mom to let her know what is going on and interrupts Sara's reunion with George. He was just introducing her to his female colleague (whom Sara had seen him kissing the night before but was pretending she's seen nothing). Sara is obviously worried and so is George who takes her to the airport. He pulls her to the front of the line and informs the woman who is there and complaining about them cutting that Sara's daughter is starting chemo tomorrow and she needs to get to Boston. The woman graciously steps aside and the attendant regretfully tells Sara and George that he doesn't have any flights to Boston that day but through a connecting flight she can be there by midnight. She agrees and George says to make it 2 tickets. Yup George is coming home!

April tells Beth the news and they try to make it like its no big deal. April feels bad about Bernuda and Beth doesn't care one bit. April shares that she's afraid she won't have a wedding of her own and she fed bad that she'll miss the trip, Brenna'a 17th birthday, and Thanksgiving while in the hospital. Beth tells her not to worry about it.

April heads to work to tell Raquel about the chemo but before she can get into her office, Paul angrily busts out yelling about how they laid him off. April finds out its 'Black Tuesday' and a guy brought in by HR is screening all of the employees along with Raquel and laying off the ones who aren't absolutely necessary. Dom makes it through safely and when April goes in for her turn she's scared. She tells them that she won't be able to come back in tomorrow to find out their answer because she will be in the hospital for chemo. She tells Raquel that her cancer is back and she has to take another medical leave for treatment but she assures both of them that she loves her job and she wants to keep it. She leaves and heads to see Beth.

We meet a new guy, Finn I think, who is 16/17 and clearly has cancer. He and his family are meeting with his doctor who tells him that they have found a donor who looks like they'd be a match for him. Everyone is excited and his little brothers are fighting in the back. His parents are clearly very stressed and he is embarrassed. The doctor says the donor still has to undergo more testing and Finn has to get ready with more chemo. When they find out how much the transplant will cost, his parents look very concerned but they're obviously not going to say no.

Brenna goes to her appointment with Natalie and Dr. H. and she is asked if she has had any surgeries or procedures in the last 2 years. Brenna looks nervous as she quietly admits that she has an abortion 2 years ago. Natalie smiles reassuringly and promises no judgement is coming from her and Dr. H. assures her that doesn't count so she is so far so good.

George and Sara wait in between flights and talk. George says that he missed the girls and everybody really. He asks Sara if she's in a relationship and she laughs and shares that she sort of was but then she found out he was married. George playfully remind she's that the man she dated from the Internet was married to. Sara asks George if he is seeing anyone and she assures him that he can tell her if he is. She then asks if he is seeing the colleague and he admits that he is. He laments that they broke up to find easier relationships and they both ended up in complicated ones.

We go back to Finn who is getting chemo or sown sort of treatment. He and the make nurse talk and he comments on a video of Finn running a race, not realizing it was Finn. Finn shares that he wants to get back to that and he has a donor now.

April joins Beth on a boat as they pretend they're in Bermuda. They snack and talk and April shares how nervous she is about losing her job. They get kicked off the boat by a security guard. Afterwards, April meets up with Brenna so they can celebrate her 17th birthday together over a cupcake. Brenna shares that she never told April this but her being away in the hospital was really hard on her last time and she used to cry and feel like an only child and she hated it. She wants April to be ok and April promises her that she's "not Lois Lane, she's Super Girl." The girls get a call from their mom and they're excited that George is coming back. Sara and April talk and George is impressed at how Sara is handling everything.

April goes to see Leo and they sleep together. She asks him to meet her at her house for the impromptu Thanksgiving dinner and says she has an errand to run. She goes to Natalie's work and Natalie apologizes for not calling and asks if they're ok. April says that she isn't going to get in the way of Natalie and Dom but it's clear she isn't ok with that relationship. Natalie doesn't know how to react. April tearfully asks her to be the big sister Brenna needs while she's in the hospital and in case anything goes wrong. Natalie promises she will be and its such a tearjerker.

Sara and George continue hanging out in the airport until it's announced that their flight is cancelled. Back at the house, Emma and Brenna serve the terrible Thanksgiving dinner that they tried to cook and it's so sweet. Beth is there with them as well. Everything is good until they get the call from Sara saying the flight got cancelled. To make matters worse, April gets a house call from Raquel.

Raquel tells her that it has come down to her and Danny and given the enthusiasm Danny has shown Raquel has recommended that April get laid off. She also tells April that the HR guy said if April laid off, she would have grounds for a law suit because of her condition- so April will keep her job by default. April feels terrible that her cancer will cost Danny his job, so she quits even though it's the only thing she's ever wanted to do in life.

The next day, April meets with Dr. H. As they prepare for her hospital stay and April has a "whatever happens happens" attitude which Dr. H. Isn't happy about. She says that if this is April's attitude then she has already lost half the battle. Before getting her port put in, Dr. H. takes her to dilapidated room and tries to get April to let out her anger. Finally April starts yelling at Dr. H. about how angry she is that this wasn't caught sooner especially because April went to her weeks ago thinking something was wrong (Dr. H. maintains that April was still healthy then) and April begins smashing the walls and destroying this demolition room with a sledgehammer. She shares that she feels stupid for thinking she had actually beaten her cancer.

Once she's smashed out her anger and gotten her IV situation taken care of, she takes a walk in the hall. This is where Sara and George appear. April and her mom practically run to each other and hug each other. Sara says she'll never leave April again and April laughs and begs her not to take it to the extreme. She is also glad to see George.

Back in her room, she hangs out with Leo and marriage is jokingly brought up. April continues to try to pick a TV show to binge watch while Leo asks her to marry him. She thinks he's kidding and he explains that they've never been a normal couple so why act normal now. He gets down on one knee and asks her to marry him.....and she says YES!

Once Upon A Time Recap - "Poor Unfortunate Soul" (S04E16)

This episode revealed how Ursula became a villain. It starts with Captain Hook on the Jolly Rodger back in the days when he was working for Peter Pan. They hear a mermaid's song and nearly crash the ship into rocks. The mermaid stops singing just in time for the pirates to save the ship. It turns out the mermaid was Ursula. She is scolded by her father Poseidon, for not bringing the pirates to their death. Apparently her mother was killed by pirates and he is all about revenge. Ursula, on the other hand, wants to use her voice for good as her mother had encouraged. Her mom had taught her how to sing so her voice was all she had to keep her mother's memory alive. Her father gave her an ultimatum, so she went on land to live as a human.

After getting no where with August, Rumple forces him to take a potion that would kind of return him to his original state, i.e. his nose will grow if he lies. He knows Regina has the drawing with the door on it from the storybook, and when asked about it Regina informs everyone that she has already given it to Henry. Rumple questions August about the door and about the Author. As his nose gets dangerously close to the open fire. August informs them that The Sorcerer trapped the Author behind the door, but he doesn't know where the door is. Rumple decides to take Maleficent and Regina to the Sorcerer's mansion to look for the door, leaving Cruella to watch August while Ursula "stretches her tentacles".

Before leaving, Regina sends a message via the fireplace to Snow, Charming, Emma, and Hook that Rumple is back in town and that they turned Pinocchio back into August. Emma is concerned for her friend and they run to tell Belle so she can use the dagger on Rumple. Belle is confused and says she gave it to Hook who has no idea what she's talking about. They realize Rumple tricked her. Hook offers to talk to Ursula and get her to spill what the plan is. He says he is going to take a page out of Emma's book and give her her happy ending. He knows how to, because he's the one who took it. He leaves to find her.

In the flashback, Hook hears Ursula singing in a local tavern and confronts her quietly about being the mermaid. He thanks her for sparing his ship and offers to take her wherever she'd like to go and sing. Ursula is ecstatic. Hook is forced back onto his ship by Poseidon who gives him an enchanted shell and tells him to take Ursula's voice so she will have no choice but to return to the ocean with him. Hook refuses until Poseidon promises his squid ink which will paralyze anything and anyone- including Rumple. Hook considers it, but ultimately tells Ursula what happened. She offers to get the squid ink for him and she is successful.

Present day Hook and Ursula conjure up the Jolly Rodger, only to find that it is now a ship in a bottle. They take it to Belle and Will who help to restore it to proper size. On board, Hook gives Ursula the shell containing her voice, but it doesn't work and she still cannot sing. She says the deal is off and Hook nearly shoots her until she knocks him out with her tentacles and throws him into the ocean.

Emma busts into Rumple's cabin and Snow goes all Tangled on Cruella by hitting her in the back of the head with a frying pan. They free August and he is impressed by Emma and her magic, since she was still doubtful the last time he saw her. Ursula intrudes and wraps Snow by the neck with her tentacle.

Old Hook is about to take the squid ink when Poseidon shows up and tosses it. He yells at Hook and Ursula for trusting someone who is consumed by revenge. Hook freaks out and ultimately takes Ursula's voice. She is devestated and returns to the ocean. Hook refuses to give the shell to Poseidon so he can play hero and threatens to crush it unless Poseidon leave him alone. Poseidon also returns to the ocean and Ursula takes his trident. She transforms herself into a powerful sea witch like the one she was named after and is now more powerful than her own father.

As Hook drowns, he is saved by Ariel. You can tell she's reluctant to do it, but she's a good mermaid. Hook thanks her and she slaps him for almost ruining her happy ending, and thanks him for freeing her from the bottle. She tells him that Blackbeard started upsetting a lot of people with the Jolly Rodger and pissed off some royals in Arendelle who put the ship in the bottle. Hook is amazed that Elsa did that. (loved that Easter egg) He asks Ariel to help him with Ursula.

Hook arrives at the cabin just in time and tells Ursula he knows why it didn't work. The shell needs Poseidon's magic. Poseidon comes in and tells Ursula that a nice young mermaid found him and helped him get there through a portal (thanks Ariel!). He apologizes to her and they share a very sweet moment. He restores her voice and Ursula is so happy. She wants to return to the sea with him and be with her father again. It was really touching.

Hook tells Emma that he almost shot Ursula and she reminds him that he didn't and she got her happy ending because of him. He reminds her that he was also a villain so he is scared of losing his happy ending- Emma.

Ursula keeps good on their bargain and tells Hook that Rumple's plan is to give the villains happy endings and the only way to do that is to make Emma do it. Since she is the Savior, she took away all of the villains happy endings, but by making her evil forever- it will switch and the villains will get happy endings and the heroes won't.

Cruella catches up with Rumple, Regina, and Maleficent and tells them what happened. Later Regina appears at the Charming's where August is resting. She fills Emma in as she is pretending to get the storybook page. August wakes up and is confused about why Regina is there and she briefly mentions her double life. She asks where the door is and he says he knows but she's confused as to why his nose didn't grow when he was asked earlier. August grins and informs them that he wasn't lying because he didn't know where Henry had the page and that the page is the door. The Author is trapped somewhere in the book.

Chasing Life Recap - "No News Is Bad News" (S01E20)

April and Danny become competitive at work after Raquel is named the new Editor in Chief of the paper. The friends battle it out and turn on each other as April feels the pressure to be the "old April" who's main prioity in life was her job. She misses spending time with Leo's family just so she can work on a story.

Beth is distressed about her breakup and has drinks with April and Leo to vent about it. April surprises her by telling her she got a great deal on a trip to Bermuda and she's taking Beth with her in 2 weeks. Later when April can't come be by her side for a nervous breakdown, Beth calls Leo who talks with her while they get pedicures (it was endearing and hilarious).

Sara and Emma work on cleaning out Thomas' storage locker and Sara finds a set of George's books. Sara said she didn't like the relationship only because she didn't think Sara was in a good place, but she seems lighter now. Sara also finds children's books that are inscribed to Natalie. She decides to invite Natalie to the locker and see if she'd like to go through it as well. Natalie comes over to help Sara and they try and make the situation normal and get along.

Natalie and Dominic decide they have to tell April that they're seeing each other and they decide Natalie should do it, so she invites April for drinks.

Greer finds out her parents are getting divorced and her father is moving in to their Nantucket house so unless she stays with her mother, she has to move. Brenna offers for her to live with them but Sara says she has to think about it. April notes that Greer doesn't seem opposed to living with her dad, so Brenna lies and says that Sara said Greer couldn't stay. Brenna also finds out from Dr. H. that she is a bone marrow match for someone who needs a transplant and asks if she would donate- she tells her it's a lot to think about so don't make a rush decision.

Leo goes to visit April at work and brings her something to eat which is really sweet. She decides to leave at 7:30 which Raquel is not happy about. Before Natalie and April even get to drinks, Natalie blurts out that she and Dom are together. April assumes they're just hooking up and Natalie is offended that she'd think that's all she is good for. Natalie leaves and April invites Danny to have drinks and they bury the hatchet and go back to being friends.

Sara flies to Cleveland to surprise George at a seminar where he is giving a talk. She's really excited to see her "friend", until she sees him kissing a woman in the hotel bar. She's really hurt and slips away before he sees her.

Greer and Brenna say goodbye and Greer presents her with a table tennis set since they first bonded by playing tennis. It was such a sweet moment.

Dr. H. is about to leave the hospital when one of the nurses hands her April's file. She reads it and breaks down before calling April and leaving a message asking her to come in the morning for a follow up. She asks the nurse to make sure there is a hospital bed available.

Chasing Life Recap - "Life, Actually" (S01E19)

This episode focuses on the 5 couples in the show-

April/Leo:

April invites him to a dinner with Beth and Graham so they can all get to know each other better and he reluctantly agrees. She gets ready to go to the support group's yoga night, and Leo says he isn't coming. He decides to distance himself from cancer and the group. April tries to be understanding and goes alone, stopping to get tea at Natalie's work. While at the support group her young friend Julian tells her that he's putting on a fundraising event for people with cancer in the "private parts" and April offers to volunteer. He's grateful and asks if she thinks Leo would host. She isn't sure but offers to ask and he is grateful for that as well, revealing that he kind of looks up to Leo. Leo is grilled by Beth at dinner and when April asks him to be the host at the fundraiser he politely declines which disappoints April. Later in the night, Leo takes April back to her home and Julian knocks on the door to pick up flyers. While April gets them, Leo tells Julian he can't be the host. Julian is disappointed and tells Leo that he should do it for April because she's special and that people look up to him and even if they only do because of cancer- that is still cooler than not at all. At the fundraiser, Beth and April talk about compromising with their boyfriends and Beth says she approves of Leo. They hear Leo on the stage and he gives a speech where he says he loves April. He comes off of the stage and kisses her. April tells him she loves him too.

Brenna/Greer:

Greer comes over in the middle of the night after having a huge fight with her mom. She begs Brenna to let her crash there for the night. Brenna agrees and they talk in her bed and in an intimate moment, Brenna kisses Greer. The next day Sara finds out Greer is there, and the girls beg her to let Greer stay because she can't go home. Sara agrees after saying she is going to call her parents and let them know where Greer is. Brenna and Greer sleep together and the following day Greer's parents come to get her. She refuses to leave with them and tells them she's staying with the Carvers until they can learn to respect her.

Beth/Graham:

They have a lot of conflict while looking for an apartment. Graham finally finds one but Beth freaks out when she finds out the lease is for 2 years. She was thinking more along the lines of 6 months. Graham fdins the perfect places that meets all of their needs- including Beth's need for a short term lease, and she still can't commit to it. She runs away and after talking with April, she feels better. She knows she has some commitment issues and she's feeling tied down, but she wants to live with Graham. She tells him at the fundraiser and he says they need to break up. She is devastated.

Natalie/Dominic:

Dominic shows up at her work where he is interviewing someone for one of his articles. They talk and she shares personal things with him about music and about being a love child. April shows up to get tea and the two of them feel like they're doing something wrong. They decide that there is nothing wrong with them being friends. Dominic finds a record that she had mentioned and he invites her over to the office so she can pick it up. There he tries to kiss her but she pulls back and says they can only be friends. At the benefit, she changes her mind after hearing Leo's speech to April and Dom and Natalie end up sleeping together.

Sara/bearded lawyer:

They agree to take things easy until Sara meets his wife in the lobby. Needless to say she is furious. He shares the details of his "open" marriage with Sara who immediately rejects him and tells him they can't do anything together.

Once Upon A Time Recap - "Enter The Dragon" (S04E15)

Regina goes forward with the plan of infiltrating the Queens and finding out their plan. They don't trust that she is actually on their side so they test her with a few dangerous tests. The Charmings tell Emma what is going on and she is worried for Regina- they also inform her that Regina hasn't checked in yet.

It is revealed that back int he Enchanted Forrest, Regina quit her training with Rumple to pursue training with Maleficent because she is amazed that the sorceress could transform herself into a dragon. Rumple tells her where Maleficent is and that she took over the land by setting it on fire in her dragon form and it was so intense that there is a tree still burning. When Regina finds Maleficent she is drunk and giving up on getting her revenge on Briar Rose (who is turns out is Aurora's mother and King Stefan's wife). Regina tells her that if she can't get her revenge then there is no hope for Regina to get hers.

Maleficent shares the Queens' plan with Regina, telling her that they plan on finding the Author and making it so that villains get happy endings. Regina scoffs saying that she's been trying and getting no where. Maleficent tasks Regina with taking Pinocchio. Regina shares that she has already been there and tried that. (previously she tried getting the information out of Pinocchio but he doesn't remember and she and Gepetto go at each other until she apologizes). Regina walks into the garage and puts Gepetto under a sleeping spell and Pinocchio as well. Emma sneaks in and tries to talk Regina out of going through with it, but Regina insists that she'll be there and she'll protect the boy. She takes him and leaves her phone so Emma can't track her.

Meanwhile, at Granny's, Hook joins Belle and Will on what appears to be a date. He asks to speak to Belle alone and asks her if she still has Rumple's dagger. He says that they should move it to a different hiding place so the Queens don't find it and bring Rumple back or kill him with it. Belle agrees and hands the dagger over to Hook who insists that they never speak of this again to anyone not even each other. Later Hook appears at Gold's shop and tells Belle he hid the dagger and asks about her relationship with Will. Belle is surprised but says their relationship is easy and she isn't sure what they are, but she likes easy after being with Rumple. Hook leaves and once outside the shop, he turns into his true self- Rumple. He now has his dagger which is bad.

In the Enchanted Forrest, Regina gets Maleficinet to take the spark from the still lit tree so she can get her inner fire back. Maleficinet does it but when they're approached by King Stefan and his men, she can't turn into a dragon. King Stefan says that Maleficinet will not ruin Aurora's wedding or happiness so he is arresting her and Regina. Regina breaks free and tries to save them, but fails. Maleficinet turns into her dragon self to save them and she almost kills Stefan. They appear at Aurora's castle and Aurora is afraid of her but vows to defeat her as her mother did. Maleficinet informs her that she was going to kill Stefan and Briar Rose, but she wanted to make them suffer by hurting Aurora. She then buts her under a sleeping curse and Regina is in awe. She returns toe Rumple and puts Snow's prize winning horse under the sleeping curse and asks Rumple to take her back as a student.

Back at the cabin, they tie Pinocchio up and Rumple reveals himself as they black magic the Queens were hiding. Regina is surprised. Rumple turns Pinocchio back into August Booth.

Once Upon A Time Recap - "Unforgiven" (S04E14)

In this episode we FINALLY find out Snow and Charming's secret- well the gist of it. But for good measure, I'm not revealing it until the end just like they did in the show. ;)

Snow has a nightmare that Maleficent is back and taking her family away from her. She and David are determined to keep an eye on Cruella and Ursala. Regina gets upset when the Queens bring up her past in front of Henry who doesn't pay much attention. Cruella and Ursala head to Gold's shop. Emma and Hook cross them and Emma realizes Hook and Ursala know each other. Before she can press him for information, Charming intercepts and insists they need to keep an eye on the queens. Emma thinks he's being paranoid but she indulges and they follow them. The women steal a box from Gold's shop and Belle lets Charming know. They pull the women over and Charming finds the box and object Maleficent loved. He steals it and says he found nothing and they're free to go.

Back in the enchanted forest, the 3 Queens approach Charming and Snow and inform them that Regina stole a dark curse from Maleficent that she is planning to cast over the land. Snow and Charming want to stop it and the Queens accompany them (pretty much against the Charming's will) to a tree of knowledge that can give them the answer about how to stop the curse. The Charmings sneak away in the middle of the night to find the tree and they ask the question, but are rejected. The Queens see them and ponder why they were rejected until Maleficent puts it together. She informs them that Snow is pregnant (David's reaction was so cute) but they don't understand why the tree would reject them. Maleficent informs them that the child is a product of true love so it can be either a great hero with the potential for great goods BUT the child also has the potential to be a great villain like Maleficent. This information worries them.

Hook brings Emma lunch and when she brings up Ursala things get awkward. They have a disagreement and Hook leaves. Emma catches her parents loading up their truck and asks what they're doing. Snow lies and says they're going camping. Emma buys it and let's them go. In reality they're sneaking to the cavern under the library where Maleficent's ashes are because they're realized the queens plan to use dark magic to bring her back. The Queens and Rumple catch them but they don't see Rumple. They cut their hands, revealing that the spell requires the blood of those who hurt Maleficent the most. She is resurrected and she tells them she is going to make them suffer.

They resolve to come clean to Emma and walk in on a tender moment between Hook and Emma where Emma is apologizing and saying how much truth means to her and how she felt guilty for thinking her parents were lying to her earlier. She says that she wants to be like them and see the best in people. She sees them and invites them in and tell her that Maleficent is back.

It's revelaed that Malefient came to Snow back int he forrest and shared that they have to stop Regina. She tells Snow that she is also pregnant and they have to do this for their children. Snow (rudely and coldly) refuses to work with her- not wanting to use darkness to stop darkness.

Snow goes to Regina for help stopping the Queens and asks her to go under cover with them. She shares her secret with Regina- Maleficent lost her baby because of Snow and Charming.

Top 5 Lip Products

My top 5 lip products:

NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in "Dragon Girl" - a siren red
    • I love this red. It's like a berry red and it's so pretty. I really like that the pencil is like a crayon. It makes applying it so simple and quick which are major bonuses for me. I also like that you don't really need to use a lip liner with it because it's kind of like a big lip liner in itself. (this is the color Taylor Swift wore to the Met Gala in 2014) - $26.00
Make Up For Ever Aqua Rouge in "8 Iconic Red"

    • This red is stunning. If you are going for a classic red color that won't budge- this is your product. It dries quickly after applying it and you can leave it matte or use the clear gloss for a nice shine. It stays really well on your lips and it's honestly so beautiful. (Taylor Swift used this a lot during the RED Tour) - $24.00
Too Faced Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipstick in "Melted Peony" - a dusty rose

    • I think this is such a pretty shade of pink. It's a neutral pink that works for a nice everyday look. I really like the way the lipstick goes on. It feels nice and has a good pigmented color. The applicator is a soft brush. - $21.00
Clinique Almost Lipstick in "Black Honey"

    • It's such a pretty color! The stick looks dark, but it goes on pretty sheer so you can build it up if you want a darker lip. It's a really good color for fall and it feels nice and smooth when it goes on. - $16.00

Revlon Color Burst Lip Butter in "Strawberry Shortcake"

    • I am obsessed with lip butters. They feel so good on your lips! The colors are actually pretty pigmented- I was expected a sheer color but it was a nice surprise. The Creme Brulee color also makes for a really pretty nude lip that doesn't make you look dead. The Strawberry Shortcake is just a pretty pink that adds a nice pop of color. - $8.49
